•Secondary research means using information that has already been collected by a third-party source like Google, Youtube, or news reports.

•Primary research means conducting the research by yourself to get specific results depending on your questions.

•Quantitative research data means asking questions that will only give out a yes or no answer. A closed question to get lots of results.

•Qualitative research data means getting more in-depth results by asking more open questions and getting an answer with a reason or explanation.

  • Firstly, I created a questionnaire and got some people to take it. This gave me a rough idea of what people wanted to see. and what my target audience was.
